  • Decorations: Strictly no outside decorations allowed

  • Outside Food & Beverages: In accordance to USDA and GCA Finance & Taxation Ch 3 Alcoholic Beverage Control (P.L.22-80:2) guidelines all restaurant outlets do not allow outside food or beverages

  • Menu items: Some menu items may be substituted due to item availability at Chefs’ discretion without notice.

  • Removal of Food *Applies to buffets: We do not permit food from the restaurants to be taken out of hotel/restaurant property

  • Consumer Advisory:  Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Individuals with certain health conditions may be at higher risk if these foods are consumed raw or undercooked.

  • Food Allergy Notice:  Food prepared in our restaurant may contain the following ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you have a food allergy, please notify your server

  • Safety and security: Adults must accompany minors at all times while on hotel/restaurant property. We are not responsible for any injury due to negligence

  • Damages or Stolen items: Restaurant is not responsible for items stolen or damaged if caused by customer, customer's guests or by other patrons

  • We reserve the right to correct errors on both before and after bookings have been confirmed, should need to make a significant changes to your reservation, we will inform you as soon as possible
